When processing a document through Digital Action we often get this error:

ERROR: 12:31:03.403 [0004] W2032 : Error producing job of document BRIEFPAPIER_SOM for printer uitgesteld_boven: Font Arial could not be included. Error: Unexpected error (-1073741502)

ERROR: 12:31:03.403 [0004] Printer Queue Output: Printer Output Failed - 12:31:03


Any ideas?

How many cores do you have?
If you are running on a VM, are the resources dedicated or shared?

Open Workflow Configuration
Go on the W in the upper left corner
Select Preferences->Plug-in->Messenger
Is the Let me set how many instances to run checked?
What's the value in the box right below?

I am running on a Oracle Cloud VM (Windows 2012R2, 30GB MEM, 4CPU)
I don't know if I have dedicated or shared resources.

"Let me set how many instances to run" is unchecked
and the value in the box right below is 4
"Close inactive instance after" = 0 minutes

Ok
Lets try this:

• Check the box Let me set how many instances to run
• Leave the value to 4
• Set Close inactive instance after to 1 minutes

Restart your services...

Note: This is just to prevent CPU reaching 100%. When it happens, weird unreproducible error occurs. That might not fix it but it won't make it worst. Let me know if it help.
