Here's what I found when I searched on the web for the Error Code 109.

Could be that the change that were done to your OS caused a corruption in our software.

I suggest running a repair of the Suite and see if that does it.

Remember that you should always back-up your forms and watch config before doing so.

If the problem persist, open a technical ticket via our website.

Simply go in windows Programs installation and click on PlanetPress Suite. It should provide you with a choice to uninstall or repair.

Hi,

This would need confirmation, but we had many reports of the repair feature in V7.6.2.9999 actually breaking the product. I would recommend to simply first uninstall from Windows control panel, then install with the offline installer from our Website.

Also, code 109 might have been followed by "the pipe has been ended", which in the case of a full hard drive would be a normal occurence, just getting enough room on the drive should be enough to recover without reinstalling (unless PP doesn't work normally since the recovery)

Thanks. Regards,
