So I have three thank you cards for a customer.
The text on the inside is 3 different variables based on a code in the data base.
But there is also variable within the variable.
If I take the extra variable out, I can get it to work, but I need the extra variable. frown
Here is what I need, but I can not get it to work.
What am I missing?

Code:
IF([list]="FT","Dear ",[full name])",

The year 2020 was a difficult one for all of us. It has not only created emotional stress for everyone, but also financial stress. We look forward to this year with cautious optimism.
Likely you know that ALSM provides at least $2 million in benevolent care, and we are able to do so because of generous donors.
You are a first-time donor, and it is my hope that you will continue to support our ministry, both financially and prayerfully.
Stay safe. Thank you.
Sincerely,", IF([list]="C","Dear "[full name]",

I might as well ask this also, I need to add a image (png of a signature) to the end, then the persons name in text after the image.
How would I go about this?
Thank you,
Burt

Oh Jean-Cédric, you are awesome!
That worked like a charm!
Any idea how to insert a signature image at the end so it looks like this.
