hi everyone,
our company have PlanetPress production 7.6.2 installed at server2016 16G memory.we got the problem is the service always hang up per 7-10 days, after restart the service all document process resume to normal.
I checked the detail Log file at this location "C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\PlanetPress Watch\Log" found the log file missing last 10mins logs.
How can I troubleshoot this issue?

when a Workflow process is crashing it may be unable to complete the log.
You should also check the Messenger log if there are any more details, find it in folder C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\Messenger\Log

And you could analyze all the logs right before the crash if there is anything odd. The log level should be at 'all details' to get enough information logged.
