Can you provide the following information in order for us to troubleshoot this issue :

- Windows version / bits / service packs
- PrintShopMail version
- Have you tried with other version of the software
- Is the data matrix within the printable area of your document
- Are you using an external plug-in for the barcode (if so please provide the version information)
